Can I enter and leave the rink freely?+

No. Once you leave, re-entry is not allowed.

Can I bring alcohol or dance inside the rink?+

No alcohol or dancing is allowed. Moonlight Rollerway is a safe, family-friendly environment.

Are earphones allowed on the skating floor?+

No. Earphones are not permitted as they may distract you and create hazards.

Can I carry children while skating?+

No. Carrying children on skates is extremely dangerous and not allowed.

Is gum chewing allowed?+

No. Gum chewing is prohibited on the skating floor.

What behavior might get me removed from the rink?+

Any reckless behavior, foul language, intoxication, or disruptive conduct may result in removal.

What clothing is not allowed in the rink?+

Clothing with obscene words, images, hate symbols, or messages of intolerance is prohibited.

Can I wear a hoodie over my head?+

No. Hoodies must not be worn over the head while skating.

Are offensive graphics or words allowed on clothing?+

No. All attire must be respectful and appropriate.

Can I wear themed outfits or costumes?+

Yes, as long as they’re safe for skating and follow the dress code rules.

What kind of skating behavior is considered unsafe?+

No fast skating, weaving, tag, pushing, or tripping. Skaters must follow the flow and skate responsibly.

Are speed skating and tricks allowed?+

No. Advanced maneuvers that may endanger others are not permitted during regular sessions.

What if I get hurt while skating?+

Skate at your own risk. While we maintain safety, injuries may occur. First-aid kits are available.

Can I wear skates when entering or leaving the rink?+

No. Skates should only be worn inside the rink, not during entry/exit.

What skate equipment is allowed?+

No micro, mini, or fiberglass wheels. Toe stops or plugs are required if your skates have toe stop slots.

Is there a snack bar inside?+

Yes. A snack bar is available for food and drinks.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?+

No outside food or drinks allowed. Please use our in-house snack bar.

Where can I store my bag or personal items?+

Use the lockers along the side aisle. Lockers are $0.50 per use.

Do I need to print my ticket?+

Both digital and printed tickets are usually accepted.

What if I bought a ticket for someone else?+

You may need to show proof of purchase at the entrance.

Can I buy tickets from a third party?+

Buy directly from our website. We’re not responsible for third-party sales.
